Tony Miles - Fifty Years on the Ouse

Little Egret Press £29.95

And no, I can’t find an ISBN for this one, but a search for the Little Egret Press website should find it. Tony Miles shouldn’t need too many introductions and Fifty Years appears to have been distilled, more or less direct, from his angling diaries. What you get are more or less back to back accounts of his catches, starting with roach and chub in the early sixties, passing through perch, barbel and carp, before Tony settles back to chub again. Fifty years of fishing any river is surely worth the telling of and if you are a fan of Tony’s, then you can’t fail to pass up on this one.
